Eric Blume is a comedy writer and comedy director. He has over 300 on-set directing days, working repeatedly with Hollywood's top comedy talent: Kevin Hart, Seth Rogen, Will Ferrell, et al. He has written and directed countless comedy shorts, from narrative pieces such as a House Hunters episode spoof with Marlon Wayans to a Hollywood pitch meeting gone awry with Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick.
Eric has directed half-hour specials for Comedy Central and Spike, as well as comedy commercials and branded content for Wendy's, Popeyes, JCrew, Experian, Subaru, and Aflac. He's written and directed content featured in truTV's Rachel Dratch's Late Night Snack, as well as original content for networks such as MTV, Cartoon Network, Netflix, Nickelodeon, TBS, and E!
Recently, he helmed two hour-long episodes of travel show V IS FOR VINO in France and Italy.
He is set to direct the feature comedy film ADVANTAGE, starring Brandon Flynn, for American High Productions. He is also currently writing a feature for Kevin Hart's production company, Hartbeat.
